今日係working saturday,放工後去咗中環的The Flying Pan 食晏。呢間標榜24hr English Breakfast的餐廳,係中區警署附近,由於上網搵晒資料,都唔係好難搵。

間舖真係幾細間,大約十張椅枱,但係有d椅背係背貼背,肥d都坐唔落。點了Egg Benedict with baked beans and potatoes,加杯Cranberry Juice,個餐大約幾分鐘就送上。

兩隻蛋賣相幾好,拮入去有蛋黃流出來,整得幾好食。好少係出面食到溏心蛋,除咗考技巧又難煮,或者呢個咁西式的食法唔受茶餐廳食客歡迎,呢次都係第一次食。究竟Egg Benedict係唔係即係解溏心蛋呢?咁點解有個咁既名呢?搵人解答吓我啦!除咗蛋之外,我覺得兩個Side Dish都係麻麻地,薯仔直頭唔好食,中間未熟晒有點硬。呢個早餐盛惠七十大元,真係貴得過份,我計佢食物成本都係廿蚊,所以我會唔特登再去食,今次總算試過。偷咗師,下次我自己試吓煮溏心蛋,加幾塊sausage & beacon,配埋烘芝士toast,仲有banana milkshake 或者mixed fruit juice,諗起又想食喇!

係呀....我又覺得佢ok喎~同我係英國食的早餐,有過之而無不及!都幾好食呀...雖然睇d料賣$70好似貴左d,不過其實出親街食晚飯都差唔多係呢個價,仲可以食到英國口味,hehe我想再去呀!不如下次係食個eng full bfast啦,可能會覺得抵d~
一日食3隻蛋,我驚膽固醇會超標喎。望吓個full breakfast,我諗我應該食唔晒呀,除非我真係好餓啦!
